A VAUXHALL driver has been fined £150 after using his mobile phone while driving.
Jamie Hopgood, of Blenheim Way, Abingdon, was caught on March 15 on the A338 in East Hanney, near Wantage.

At Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 8 the 30-year-old was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
