OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

MARTIN IAN MCHUGH, 30, of Pipit Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence as well as driving without third party insurance on May 28 on Garsington Road. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

MARTIN ACASTER. 41, of Tamina Close, Carterton, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order for 28 days. He must not threaten the woman protected with violence or use violence, threaten to cause damage to any property belonging to them or act aggressively. He must also stay 100m away from an address in Witney.

HARRISON MICHAEL RAY DIXON, 22, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted two counts of assault by beating between July 17 and 18 at Andersey Way. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in the Building Better Relationships programme for 35 days as well as carrying out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also not contact the victim directly or indirectly and has been made to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

HAYLEY DOLTON, 33, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker on July 15. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 1 after being released on bail on August 18. Fined £120 in total.

REECE ANTONY FIRTH, 25, of Mill Street, Wantage, admitted assault by beating at The Wharf House, Mill Street, on August 1. He also admitted assault by beating of a police officer. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay £50 compensation, £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £95.

KIRI HOLMES, 27, of Stratton Way, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving on Avon Way, Didcot, on August 1. He had 84mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

ROBERT SMIALEK, 39, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Queen Street, Oxford, on July 25. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

STACEY MARIE DANIELS, also known as Emma Beard, 39, of Wessex Road, Didcot, admitted driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence on October 24, 2019 at The Broadway in Didcot. She also admitted taking a car without consent and driving without insurance. She was fined £180 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

PAUL ALBIN ALDRIDGE, 56, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words at a man on St Aldates on November 15. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments for 15 days. He must also pay £50 in compensation.

MARCUS DAMICO, 54, of Old Place Yard, Bicester, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on February 24 at Banbury Police Station. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point for six months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MARK LANGSTON, 57, of Stanford Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words at Rowan House on February 17. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency under the direction of Turning Point for six months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

SCOTT WEDDELL, 41, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol, costing £34, from Sainsbury's in the Westgate Centre on April 29. He also admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 20 by failing to attend appointments on April 6, June 16 and June 23. He was made to pay compensation of £34 and was given a new community order. As part of that he must have treatment for drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point for nine months.

CALLUM STUART LEDBURY, 21, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted harassment and breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 29, 2016 when he sent a friend request to a woman on Facebook he was banned from contacting on June 25, 2020. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL FULLER, 30, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted three counts of assault by beating on December 31, April 23 and April 24. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in the Building Better Relationships programme. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MATIAS MARQUEZ-MURUA, 41, of Eastern Avenue, Oxford, admitted assault by beating at Warneford Hospital on February 26. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency under the direction of the National Probation Service for six months. He must also pay £100 in compensation and £85 in court costs.

FAITH ADEGOKE, 25, of Longleat Close, Banbury, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Watlington Road, Oxford on February 23. He was fined £68 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

RORY BARRETT, 45, of Nunnery Close, Oxford, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 Nuneham Courtenay on February 13. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His dirving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

MATTHEW BRAIN, 34, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 66mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road, Yarnton on February 26. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

GEORGE CHACKO, 40, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 53mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 in Bicester on February 12. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

GURPREET CHAND, 33, of Oliver Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to five information about a driver, who was allegedly guilty of an offence, when required between May 11 and June 8. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
