THERE are 10 flood warnings and alerts in place across Oxfordshire this morning.
The impact of Storm Alex is yet to take its toll as commuters across the county are warned about long delays and diversions because of flooding.

This is where flooding is expected:
- River Stour at Mitford Bridge, Shipston on Stour and Tredington
- River Thame from below Eythrope to Chiselhampton
- Clanfield Brook for Clanfield Village and Shill Brook for Bampton
- Langford and Wendlebury Brooks from Stratton Audley down to near Merton
- River Evenlode from Moreton in Marsh to Cassington and also the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock
- River Ray and its tributaries from Shipton Lee and including Islip
- River Stour in South Warwickshire
- River Tove in Northamptonshire
- Upper River Great Ouse in Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire
