OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

JAMES RUPERT LEIGH, 53, of Kingston Road, Oxford, admitted aggravated vehicle taking on September 24 in Oxford and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include programme participation for 30 days and 22 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85, and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ADAM AHMED, 21, of Deacon Way, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Marylebone and Banbury stations on October 30. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44, court costs of £100 and compensation of £31.30.

JONATHAN BENTLEY, 36, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Bicester North and Banbury stations on October 19. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £100 and compensation of £5.40.

CARL CHESTER, 38, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Bicester North and Banbury on October 23. He was fined £220 and must pay a £32 victim surcharge, £100 costs and £5.40 compensation.

DARREN GARNON, 35, of Kennet Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Bicester North and Banbury stations on October 16. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £100 and compensation of £5.40.

DEMI LOUISE GRAY, 27, of Stonecrop Leys, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Marylebone and Bicester North stations on October 10. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £300 and compensation of £28.

JULIAN GUNNETT, 46, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Reading and Oxford stations on October 27. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £161 and compensation of £15.10.

KIMBERLEY GORMLEY, 31, of Curtiss Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Bicester North and Banbury stations on October 16. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £100 and compensation of £5.40.

RONALD ARTHUR HINCHLIFFE, 58, of London Road, Chipping Norton, admitted causing or permitting the use of a vehicle on a road when above the maximum weight on Main Street, West Hagbourne, on January 11. He was fined £146 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £175.

SHERYAR KHAN, 21, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Banbury and London Marylebone stations on December 17. He was fined £600 and must pay a surcharge of £60, court costs of £300 and compensation of £32.50.

JAMES SANTOS, 33, of Rochford Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between Bicester North and Banbury stations on October 14. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £100 and compensation of £5.40.

DARREN SMITH, 39, of Manor Park, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare between London Marylebone and Banbury stations on October 21. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44, courts costs of £100 and £31.30 compensation.

DEVON JAKE ARNOLD, 25, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted drug driving and driving without third party insurance on January 22 on Blenheim Drive, Bicester. The proportion of the controlled drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocanibanol exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREW JAMES SCHOENEMANN, 32, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, admitted drug driving and driving without third party insurance on February 11 on the A41 Gravenhill roundabout, Bicester. The proportion of the controlled drug Benzoylecgonine exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

LUKE GRANT, 34, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £41 from Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on April 29. He must pay compensation of £41.

MOHAMMED MUSTAFA, 30, of Owens Way, Cowley, admitted drug driving on the A4158, Oxford, on September 8, 2019. The proportion of the controlled drugs Benzoylecgonine, Cocaine and Delta-9-tetrahydrocanibanol exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 18 months.

DAVID SUTCLIFFE, 28, of Braken Road, Chinnor, admitted drug driving on the B4445 Chinnor Road, Thame, on January 10. The proportion of the controlled drugs cocaine and ketamine exceeded the specified limit. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

EDUARD VUCEA, 25, of High Acres, Banbury, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance on August 1 on Bucknell Road, Bicester. He had 43mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £385, must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

CONSTANTIN CRACAOANU, 44, of Walton Gardens, Banbury, admitted drink driving and driving without third party insurance on February 2 on Longlandes Way, Banbury. He had 111 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £576 and must pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 26 months.

GARRY COFFEY, 35, of Kenilworth Way, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence on March 15 on Lower Cherwell Street, Banbury. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADAM KHAN, 19, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 11 ad March 10. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified rom driving for six months.
