AN ANTI-RACIST group announced it will hold a community event after a series of 'racist' abuse incidents in Oxford.
Rose Hill residents reported a number of racist incidents, ranging from verbal abuse to threats of violence in September.
Campaigners from the Oxford branch of Stand Up To Racism are now organising a public meeting at The Oval recreation ground next week to 'push back against racism'.

In a post on Facebook they wrote: "Join this community event to show solidarity with the victims of racism and to show that racism in Rose Hill will not go unchallenged."
Residents will gather on Saturday, October 10, at 2pm.
People planning to join the event are asked to wear a face covering and respect a minimum social distance of two metres.
