Gwent Police recorded the fourth lowest crime rate of bicycle thefts in Wales, England and Northern Ireland
A LOCKED bicycle was stolen as burglars broke into a sheds across Oxford.
Police are investigating the incident that happened in Banbury Road, Summertown, sometime between Friday and Sunday, where the offenders broke the chain of the bike.

A similar burglary also took place less than a mile away at Elizabeth Jennings Way in Summertown between Friday and Tuesday.
It is not yet clear whether the two break-ins are connected.
