Protesters armed with sports kit and placards plan to send a noisy message to councillors deciding the future of a threatened leisure centre.
Oxford City Council's executive committee will meet at 9am on Monday to decide the future of Peers Sports Centre in Littlemore.
Dozens of protesters are expected outside at Oxford Town Hall from 8.15am wearing sportswear and carrying footballs and squash rackets to make their point.
Lord Mayor John Tanner will join the protesters. He said: "It is desperately important that this popular and low-cost sports centre is kept open."
