TWO flood alerts were in force on rivers in Oxfordshire tonight after heavy rain hit the county.p>
Flood watches - the lowest level of warning - were issued for the River Ray catchment area in north Oxfordshire and the catchment of the River Thame in south Oxfordshire.
A flood alert issued earlier for the River Thames from Cirencester to Lechlade, was lifted this evening.
