Holders Cokethorpe (Witney) stayed on course to retain rugby's Oxfordshire Under 15 Cup with a 27-12 home win over Lord Williams's (Thame) in the semi-finals.
Cokethorpe ran in tries through Jacob Wilson, Nick Baboolal, Julian Watkins and Danny Burford.
Alex Lowe landed a penalty and two conversions.
Now Cokethorpe will face Shiplake College in the final at Wallingford RFC on Wednesday (2.15pm) after they beat Henley rivals Gillott's 19-12.
Eliot Quelch, Sam Quelch and Theo Du Thoit scored tries for Shiplake, with Sam Quelch kicking two conversions.
Burford brushed aside Lord Williams's 28-5 in the Oxfordshire Under 14 Cup semi-final.
Centre Henry Purdy, second row Kieran Rustadge, flanker Ollie Smith and No 8 Deaglan Bayliss crossed the Lord Williams's line.
Ross Barrett converted all four tries.
Burford's opponents in the final - also at Wallingford on Wednesday (2.15) - are Marlborough (Woodstock).
The third final at the Hitchercroft on the same afternoon (2.15) will see holders Henley College battle it out with Magdalen College School (Oxford) for the Oxfordshire Under 19 Cup.
