OXFORD MAGISTRATES’
LLOYD PAUL HUMPHREY, 30, of Warmans Close, Wantage, admitted drink driving on July 17 in Oxford. Had 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £580 and must pay a victim surcharge of £58 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.
EMILY CLARK, 28, of Merton Street, Oxford, admitted breaching a non molestation order on August 6 and 11 in Sutton Courtenay. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22.
Andrew PETER ROBINSON, 51, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 16 in Oxford. He must pay compensation of £50.
JAMES WILLIAM SALISBURY, 24, of Berry Croft, Abingdon, admitted drug driving with Benzoylecgonine in his blood on February 13 in Southmoor and possessing a quantity of a cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
ALAN RICHARD TOBIN, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman on August 16 in Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and obey a restraining order.
EVELYN WEBB, 34, of West End, Witney, admitted assaulting a police officer on July 18 in Oxford. She was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £50.
NAILA ALWI-ABUBAKER, 45, of Roman Road, Wheatley, admitted assaulting a man and two counts of assaulting a police officer in Wheatley on July 17. She was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and five rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
EBONY BROWN, 23, of Butterwort Place, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer on July 19 in Banbury and being drunk and disorderly in a public place. She was fined a total of £72 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
SHOFIK TOWNSEND, 43, of Campbell Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a box of vegetables valued at £20 in Oxford on June 16 and alcohol valued at £51 from Tesco, Oxford, on July 18. Also admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend a scheduled phone appointment on July 2. He was jailed for 28 days suspended for six months and must pay a fine of £40, compensation totalling £71 and court costs of £40.
EDWARD MACKELLAR, 20, of The Park, Harwell, admitted affray in Wantage on December 15. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.
MARIUSZ GIERAK, 29, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted affray in Wantage on December 15. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.
JAMIE ASHLEY PRATT, 22, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting words on July 19 towards PC Wilson. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £35.
DAWID WICH, 30, of Balliol Drive, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Balliol Drive, Didcot on June 7. He had 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without third party insurance on the same day and using threatening unlawful violence towards somebody on December 15, 2019. He was fined £752 in total. He was also made subject to a community order and must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He will pay a £90 victim surcharge fee and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.
MARTIN STRANGE, 55, of Oliver Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on London Road, Oxford, on February 11. He had 119mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £833, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £83 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 28 months.
MARK ANTHONY BECKLEY, 52, of Roundham Close, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance in Upper Heyford on February 21. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
DANIEL CLARIDGE, 33, of Highworth Place, Witney, admitted driving without third party insurance on March 27 on Queen's Road, Carterton. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
ANDREI SECIU, 23, of Pensclose, Witney, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on Colwell Drive, Witney on March 2. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of 85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
LEE RONALD SHEFFIELD, 52, of Makins Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on February 29 on Farnham Road, Slough. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
REZSO CSABA NAGY, 56, of Hagdalen Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about the identification of a driver, allegedly guilty of an offence, four times between March 9 and April 6, March 6 and April 3, March 2 and March 30 and March 16 and April 13. He was fined £2,640, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and court costs of £340. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
JOSHUA DAVIS, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted assault by beating of a man on August 11 at Botley Road and breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on May 29. He was dealt with for the original offences of assault by beating in High Wycombe on March 4 and using public electronic communications to send grossly offensive, menacing and indecent messages to a woman in Bourne End on May 29. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug-dependency at Turning Point for 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £75.
