PARENTS have been warned that children are being tricked into watching a suicide video live-streamed on social media.
The message was sent out by Oxfordshire Safeguarding Team after an American man filmed himself taking his own life.
One concerned mother Kelley Austin shared the warning on Facebook and added: "I got an email from my son’s school about a very disturbing suicide video being shared through the media.
"Please be careful what your children are watching."

Parents were warned that the video is being shared on most social media including TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat, and that is hidden in other content.
One Oxford resident Maddie Davies commented: "It is also on YouTube, people have said it has got cats starting the video off then on to this."
Oxfordshire Safeguarding Team said: "We cannot stress enough that the video is extremely distressing and we urge children, parents and carers to avoid the app whilst the video is in such high circulation."
They explained the video lures children with kittens and puppies, then it goes to the graphic footage.
The Warning In Full
"This worrying information has been shared with us that we wanted to make you aware of:
"There is an extremelly triggering and highly graphic video currently trending on TikTok of a man live-streaming his suicide.
"Whilst TikTok have stated that they are doing their best to remove the video, it has been shared across all media platforms hundreds of thousands of times including under fake captions.
"Some captions on TikTok are as trivial as 'look at the pasta I cooked tonight' before the video then plays; therefore children can come across the video without even searching for it.
"We cannot stress enough that the video is extremely distressing and we urge children, parents and carers to avoid the app whilst the video is in such high circulation."
