A 45-year-old man rescued from a brook has died in hospital.
The man was found by a passer-by in Letcombe Brook, near Mill Street, at about 5.15pm on Tuesday.
Paramedics gave the man emergency treatment at the riverside and he was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
The man, who died yesterday morning, is believed to have been walking home from Sainsbury's at about 5pm before he was seen in the water.
