MANDY VERA CULLINAN, 64, of Conduit Hill Rise, Thame, admitted drink driving on July 2 in Thame. Had 41mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.
NATHAN SOANES, 30, of Sands Way, Benson, admitted drug driving with cocaine and Benzoylecgonine in his blood on March 7 in Didcot. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
LUKE HAMILL, 28, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on May 29 in Abingdon. He was fined £357 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES MATTHEW BOREHAM, 27, of no fixed abode, Oxford, admitted causing a nuisance at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, on July 15 and assaulting a woman and a police officer and causing criminal damage to a chest of drawers and a window and breaching a restraining order on July 9 in Kennington. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months and must complete drug rehabilitation requirement for six months, programme requirement for 30 days and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Matthew AARON EVERLEY, 22, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on May 8 at Abingdon Police Station and two counts of assaulting a police officer. He was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and £300 compensation and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
IAN GARY GREENWOOD, 32, of Soul Road, Blackbird Leys, admitted stealing three bottles of spirits valued at £51 from Tesco, Oxford, on July 14 and make up valued at £500 and £400 from Boots, Oxford, on July 21 and August 11. Also admitted possession of a quantity of heroin. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and must complete drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. He must also pay compensation totalling £200.
DAVID RUBEN MENDONCA SILVA, 36, of Ridgeway Road, Oxford, was found guilty of three counts of stealing money from another between May and September 2018. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation totalling £1,060.

ROBERT ALLEN, 58, of Barnard Gate, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 41mph in a 30mph zone on Eynsham Road, Oxford, on March 16. He was fined £329 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
SARAH BELLINGER, 35, of Hundred Acres Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 57mph in a 50mph zone on January 13. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorse with three penalty points.
IOAN MIREL CICIOC, 32, of Mulberry Drive, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on Middleton Stoney on January 15. He was fined £133 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
CARL CLIBBON, 28, of Eastfields, Blewbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Station Road, Didcot on March 7. He was fined £92 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
JAMES DORAN, 53, of Farnborough Road, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on March 15. He was fined £146 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIELLE ELLIOTT, 29, of Sorrel Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 26 and April 23 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
ALISTAIR RAYMOND JOHN GIBBS, 45, of Croft Road, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on January 16 in Wallingford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
CLIVE TERENCE GODDEN, 85, of Evenlode Drive, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on Station Road, Didcot, on March 12. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
TANYA LOUISE HOPWOOD, 37, of Partridge Close, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 38mph in a 30mph zone on January 10 Wallingford. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
FLORIN IONESCU, 34, of Saffron Close, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 16 and April 13 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
CRAIG ELLIOTT JOHNSON, 49, of Whitehall Close, Minster Lovell, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on January 12 on Woodstock Road, Oxford. He was fined £133 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
ROBERT JOHN MEREDITH, 55, of Banbury Road, Bloxham, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Main Road, Broughton on January 14. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
ADELINO DA COSTA MONIZ, 27, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 23 and April 20 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
JOSEPH MURRELL, 30, of Burrows Crescent, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving 58mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Wytham on January 12. Fined £100, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs and given three points.
