The 32-year-old also admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on June 11, 2020 after he was caught in possession of a lockable craft knife on Henley Avenue.
He was sent to prison for 36 weeks in total because ‘the offence is so serious and committed while subject to a community sentence and because of the deliberate attack on a public servant carrying out duties’.
He must also pay compensation of £50.
