SOME bus services in Oxford will go back to ‘normal levels’ to help with the return to school.
Oxford Bus Company (OBC) has announced that the service 2 between Oxford and Kidlington will now operate every six to seven minutes, Monday to Friday.
The service 3 between Oxford and Rose Hill will increase to every 10 minutes, while services between Blackbird Leys and the city centre will operate every five minutes (both Monday to Saturday).

OBC and Thames Travel have worked with Oxfordshire County Council, and an additional six buses will be deployed for school pupils.
Phil Southall, OBC and Thames Travel managing director, said: “We have made a lot of changes to our timetables to match supply to expected demand and help everyone get back to school and college.
“It is encouraging to be able to increase some of our services as we all continue to try and return to some form of normality with the sensible restrictions of Covid-19.”
