SAMUEL DAVID RHYS JENKINS, 32, of Weavers Close, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 48mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane, Witney on December 28. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
ADAM JOHNS, 41, of Cottesmore Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford on December 26. He was fined £33 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
MONICA PASSONI, 40, of Spring Hill Road, Begbroke, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford on December 28. She was fined £31 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
OLDRICHA PODESVA, 34, of Woodpecker Close, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 6 and April 3 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JASON MARK SCIBILIA, 46, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman and a man in Oxford on May 26. He was fined a total of £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.
Jamie LEGGE, 41, of Whitethorn Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting two emergency workers at Abingdon Police Station on April 11 as well as two counts of harassment and an assault. He was jailed for 15 weeks suspended for 12 months and he must complete an alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months, participate in a programme requirement for 30 days and perform 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation totalling £200.
JACK TERRANCE PATRICK MURPHY, 28, of Lindsey Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury on March 22 and May 3 and an unspecified date. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and programme participation for 35 days, as well as rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and 200 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.
LEIGH PETER MILES, 46, of Dashwood Road, Banbury, admitted stealing fragrances to the value of £34.99 from Superdrug, Banbury, on December 15, perfumes valued at £127.50 from Debenhams, Banbury, on February 9, dog treats to the value of £23.94 from Poundstretcher, Banbury, on March 20, packs of steak valued at £16.60 from Tesco, Banbury, on March 20 and two bottles of gin valued at £80 from M & S, Banbury, on February 22. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.
Alexander Gareth John WALKER, 39, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted burglary at Paddyfield restaurant, Oxford, on June 14 and stealing a silver Samsung phone, a silver iPad pro, up to £300 in mixed currency and 31 bottles of alcohol valued at £3,000, as well as burglary at Aspire, Osney Lane on May 19 and stealing a Hewlett Pacard laptop, a HP 250 laptop, a digital camera and a chopsaw valued at £1,550. He was jailed for a total of 24 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.

ZAK DOHERTY, 19, of Copse Lane, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Oxford Railway Station on Park End Street on July 3, 2020. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40.
TIM JOHN FISH, 33, of High Street, Woodstock, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 18, 2018 by failing without a reasonable excuse to attend unpaid work sessions on September 19, 2018 and October 10, 2018. His community order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offences of: stealing various items, costing a total of £425, from John Lewis in the Westgate Centre on April 7, 2018; stealing various items, costing £973.50, from John Lewis at the Westgate Centre on April 21, 2018 and stealing various items, costing £1,081, from John Lewis at the Westgate Centre on April 28, 2018. He was fined £120.
ANTHONY PETER MARTIN, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court June 22, 2017 by having an open container of alcohol in a public place and wilfully obstructing traffic on St Martins Street, Wallingford on August 1, 2020. He was given a prison sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months. He was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £128.
ROBERT RICHARD STEWART, 58, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted drug-driving on February 8, 2020 on Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford. He had more than 200mcg of cocaine in his blood, above the legal limit. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with 10 penalty points.

ANTHONY ADEGOKE, 28, of Faringdon Road, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving at the Fire Station on Ock Street, Abingdon on July 5. He had 54mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
GINA IRENE WAKEMAN, 60, of Cawley Road, Banbury, admitted driving dangerously on February 24, 2020 in Warwickshire. She also admitted failing to stop on the A435 in Alcester, after being told to do so by a police officer. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 15 months which will be reduced if he takes a driving course.
PEASHRAW OMER MOHAMMED, 40, of Dashwood Court, Banbury, was convicted of assault by beating a PCSO on Calthorpe Street, Banbury on August 3, 2019. He was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £300.
STUART JAMES NICHOLSON, 43, of Botley Road, admitted using threatening or abusive words and assault by beating at Sainsbury's in the John Allen Centre on March 24. He was also convicted of assaulting a man and two women in Cowley on the same day. He was sent to prison for a total of 20 weeks because 'the offences are so serious and he has a flagrant disregard for people and their property and it was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous offending'. He was also made to pay compensation of £140.
