A UNIVERSITY student died in the River Thames after falling in accidentally and hitting his head.
Noah Moss was found by King's Lock, Wolvercote, on the morning of May 7 this year.
At an inquest on Thursday at Oxford Coroner's Court, assistant coroner for the county Nicholas Graham said he had died after drowning.
The 20-year-old, who lived in Long Hanborough, had previously worked at the Co-op near his house before he died.
Taking to the Spotted Facebook page at the time, one poster said: “He sadly lost his life and he used to work at the Co-op and we wanted to pay our respect to him and spread the word.”
Tributes flooded in on the post and one of his family members wrote: “It’s some comfort knowing how people feel about Noah, thank you."
