RATHER than sit at home waiting for his results, Cheney School student Ashley Bourton has been raising cash for charity.
The 18-year-old is completing 100 miles in August for Teenage Cancer Trust, and said: "I wanted to do something positive while I was stuck at home."
He has already raised more than £400.

Despite saying it felt 'like a raffle' he also got the BTEC results he needed yesterday to carry on giving back by studying children's nursing at Hertfordshire University.
He was inspired by the male nurse who cared for him during a hospital stay as a child, saying he wants to change the 'gender norms' around men in nursing.
