A FAMILY home in a quiet cul-de-sac is set to be turned into a shared house of rooms to let.
The landlord of 7 Dynham Place off Girdlestone Road in Headington has applied for permission to turn it into a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).
Rooms in such shared houses are often rented to students or single working professionals.

Writing to Oxford City Council, the landlord Mr N Mohammed said: "No building works are proposed as part of this application, although bin and bike storage will be provided to the front garden.
"The accommodation offered meets council standards."
He added: "No changes are proposed to the landscaping, with the exception of the provision of bin and bike stores to the front of the property."

Members of public can see the plans and comment online at oxford.gov.uk by searching for planning application 20/01899/FUL.
The city council has said it will aim to make a final decision on the planning application by September 29.
