Donning bright pink bras three women walked a marathon to raise money for breast cancer.
Unable to take part in the annual charity night walk the London Moonwalk after it was cancelled, the three Hanney women Stephanie Wheeler, Clare Wilkinson and Jane Bradley-Heyes all decided to walk 26.2 miles a little closer to home.
On Sunday August 2, the team walked around West Hanney near Didcot and the surrounding villages in their bright pink bras to raise money for the breast cancer research charity Walkthewalk.
Ms Wheeler said: “We just wanted to do something because we had already got some donations, so we did it locally and it was amazing.”
The three women wanted to stay safe so decided not to do the walk in the dark like they would have for the London Moonwalk.
The fundraising trio set off at 2pm at the Plough Pub and were welcomed back into the village at 8.30pm.

Ms Wheeler added: “It was emotional coming back into the village and seeing all our friends and family and they were all clapping and cheering.
“We even had a man playing the accordion and a lady ringing cow bells, plus a friend was on her bike playing music, so there was loads of support.”
The three women all have friends and family who have been affected by breast cancer and decided Walkthewalk was the right charity for them.
