AARON JAMIL SHAW, 34, of Three Corners Road, Oxford, was convicted of two counts of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between November 26 and December 24 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BILL PATRICK MOBEY, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a metal shutter to a value unknown in Stone, Buckinghamshire, on May 3. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

THERESA HANSEN, 54, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving on June 12 on Cross Street, Oxfordshire, as well as driving without a licence or insurance. Had 72mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg limit. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 36 months.

BLAZE SPIROV, 27, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on April 1 in Abingdon as well as possession of a quantity of cocaine. Had 59mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined a total of £368 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 12 months.

George BULUGA, 31, of Bulan Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 92mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 junction 7 and 8 on August 14. He was fined £330 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

SAMUEL WILLIAM CHANNON-WELLS, 29, of Egrove Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 57mph in a 50mph zone on the at A34 Botley Interchange on December 10. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JAKE OLIVER EVANS, 29, of Sutton Lane, Sutton, was convicted of driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on December 9 in Witney. He was fined £79 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LISA HEELEY, 48, of Preachers Lane, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 6 and March 5 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES LOWTHER-HARRIS, 56, of Cavendish Place, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Weedon Road, Aylesbury, on January 14. He was fined £42 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER CHEGE NJIRI, 29, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between December 20 and January 17 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRIS DANIEL SLATER, 37, of Gilligans Way, Faringdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 5 and March 4 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW JAMES MARSDEN SMITH, 26, of Roman Way, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver allegedly guilty of an offence when required between February 7 and March 6. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court cost of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

WAYNE THOMAS SMITH, 31, of Sandpiper Close, Bicester, admitted speeding at 57mph in a 50mph zone in Wytham on December 10. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

NEDIM ALTIN, 41, of Chilton Field Way, Didcot, admitted harassment by contacting a woman multiple times following a conviction of harassment in 2017. His restraining order was varied and he must not contact her directly or indirectly or go to Faringdon. He was also given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge fee of £22 and court costs of £85.

LOUCIE JANE BYLES, 28, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, was convicted of five counts of assault by beating two men and three women on December 3 at Queen Street, Oxford. She was made subject of a community order and must attend supervision appointments for 18 days with an officer. She was also ordered to pay £500 in compensation and £500 in court costs.

JAMES ANTHONY ALDERTON, 43, of Wetherby Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on March 29 in Bicester. He had 47mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without a valid driving licence and driving without valid third party insurance. He was fined £1,100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for a total of 40 months.

DAVID JOHN JONES, 49, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment to two police officers on March 29 at Lancut Road in Witney. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay £100 in compensation.

CHRISTOPHER MERTHA, 29, of West Brook, Faringdon, admitted assault by beating of a man on May 14 in Aldi. He also admitted stealing: a bottle of vodka, costing £38, from Sainsbury’s in Wantage; a metal plant bucket, costing £10, from Tesco in Faringdon on March 2; two bottles of whisky, costing £52, from Tesco in Faringdon on January 31; two bottles of whiskey, costing £52, from Tesco in Faringdon on January 14; and four steaks, costing £17.96, from Aldi in Faringdon. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency for six months. He must also pay £252 in compensation.

ADEN JAMES ROBINSON GREG TIMPERLEY, 30, of Milestone Road, Carterton, admitted actual bodily harm of a man on August 26 at Carterton. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency under turning point for six months. He must also carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £100 in compensation and £90 in victim surcharge fees.
