TWO teenagers have been charged with murder after an incident in Wood Farm.
A 15-year-old boy from Banbury and a 17-year-old boy from Milton Keynes, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged with killing Robin Williamson.
It is thought that Mr Williamson, 42, died after an assault in October 27 last year with some type of weapon, either outside the shops on Atkyns Road or in Wood farm woods.
But it wasn't until he went to the hospital on November 4 that the incident was reported to police.
Six days later, on November 10, doctors at the John Radcliffe Hospital confirmed his death- the cause has not yet been established.
An inquest into his death was shelved in April to give police more time to investigate the details.
The two boys appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court this morning and will appear at Oxford Crown court on July 31. Until then they have been remanded in custody.
