A 15-year-old boy from Oxfordshire has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Police have previously said the man was 20.
Residents have also recalled being 'locked down' when police started a man hunt for the killers.
From the time of arrest police have 24 hours to question a suspect before they are released or charged.
Offiers can apply to CPS and then the Magistrates Court to question somebody for 36 or 96 hours if they are suspected of a serious crime, like murder.
