A LANGUAGE school in Oxford city centre could be turned into flats.
Plans have been submitted to convert the Oxford Language Training Centre in Blue Boar Street into four apartments and refurbish existing accommodation.
The new builds would replace the language school, which occupies the first and second floors, with each level having a one and a two-bed flat.
Meanwhile, the two apartments on the third floor would be revamped.

The plans would not affect the hairdresser and tanning shop on the building's ground floor.
The design and access statement from Riach Architects, based in Park Town, said: "The proposal will realise the potential of an existing building to create four much-needed new dwellings that will provide high quality living accommodation and make efficient use of an underused city centre building, whilst respecting the character, context, and preserving the value of the site and its surroundings."
