PET owners in Bicester have been warned to beware after a cat was viciously attacked by three dogs 'not on a lead'.
A woman posting on Facebook group Bicester Chat today said the ginger feline was hurt near Nuffield Close, writing: "The lady walking three dogs, none of which were on a lead actually said it was the cat's fault for not running away."

In the post, which already has more than 100 comments, she said the dog owner walked her pets every day round Spider Park and Nuffield Close and the dogs were 'never' on a lead.
She added: "Shocking behaviour! It took four of us over half an hour to get the terrified cat from under a car into the safety of a cat box.
"Hope ginger makes a full recovery from his horrible injuries."
