MAIN routes into and out of Bicester had to be closed overnight following a 'serious injury' crash.
UPDATE - Two left with 'life-threatening' injuries in crash
Thames Valley Police's Roads Policing team tweeted at 10.41pm that officers were currently on scene at a 'serious injury collision' on the A41 in Bicester.
It said: "Park and Ride roundabout closed as is A41 out of Bicester and from M40 into Bicester please avoid the area."

In an update at 1.30am police said officers were still at the scene with a closure in place from the Tesco roundabout to the Park and Ride roundabout while they 'continued with investigation work'.
Oxfordshire County Council's traffic feed has confirmed this morning that the road has fully reopened.
South Central Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.
