THAMES Valley Police has increased patrols across the streets of Wallingford after a spate of garage and shed breaks, where valuable items wee stolen.
PCSO Collins and PCSO Cleary spent yesterday conducting targeted patrols, house-to-house enquiries and delivering crime prevention advice to residents of the lengthy Wantage Road.

Locals were advised to install CCTV and lighting if they store expensive goods in their garages or sheds, and to also keep a photograph or a record of the items.
The force also urged victims to report incidents on 101 as this is 'extremely beneficial' to assisting with their investigations.
