Armed robbers stole about £2,000 in a raid in Blackbird Leys. Oxford, yesterday evening.
Two men entered Ladbrokes on Blackbird Leys Road and threatened staff with a machete and another weapon, believed to be a shotgun.
The raid happened at 8.30pm yesterday. The men were both white and were wearing balaclavas. One was also wearing a fluorescent jacket.
Det Con Steve Clarke, investigating the incident, said: "This robbery has left the staff shocked and upset, although fortunately no-one was injured.
"I am keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anyone acting suspiciously or who has any information about the incident."
