STEVEN MERCER, 29, of Point Place, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver allegedly guilty of an offence between October 18 and November 15 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
YURI SIQUEIRA PEREIRA, 24, of Judds Close, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver allegedly guilty of a driving offence between October 14 and November 11 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
LEIGH SAUNDERS, 34, of Station Cottages, Shrivenham, admitted driving at 67mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road on October 2, 2019. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with four points.
RYAN LEWIS SMITH, 29, of Oxford Road, Garsington, admitted driving at 47mph in a 40mph zone on the A40 London Road on August 20, 2019. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
STEPHEN JOHN TUNMORE, 34, of Crowsley Way, Sonning Common, admitted driving at 47mph in a 40mph zone on Henley Road, Hurley, on October 1. He was fined £92, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 ans court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
DANIEL WOODWARD, 32, of Holton Turn, Holton, admitted driving at 51mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 North Way, Oxford on October 30. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £40 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
TINA JANE WOODWARD, 34, of Hayday Close, Yarnton, was convicted of driving at 87mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 in Abingdon on August 21, 2019. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
WILLIAM GEORGE THOMAS BECKETT, 20, of Nightingale Place, Bicester, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, in Bicester as well as obstructing a person in the exercise of duty to search a person for drugs on January 10. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £21 as well as court costs of £40. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.
KALLUM HASSAM, 22, of Mckeevor Place, Banbury, admitted stealing a black Huawei mobile phone, Lloyds bank card and driving licence, costing £200, from a man in Banbury on December 29. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 asn court costs of £85.
AGNIESSKA KORPALSKA, 37, of Ravencroft, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on Acorn Way in Banbury on March 5, 2020. She had 94mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £357, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £35 and court costs of £85. She was also banned from driving for 23 months.
MARCIN NAJMANOWECZ, 27, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on a road between Ducklington and Curbridge on November 1, 2019. He had 73mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted driving without third party insurance and failing to surrender to custody on November 15 at Oxford Magistrates Court after being released from Banbury Police Station on bail on November 1. He was fined £240 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £40. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.
EDWARD PARKER, 41, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on January 9 by asking a person to pass a letter to another person he was banned from contacting on March 18. He was sent to prison for four weeks because the offence was 'so serious' and the defendant had 'blatant disregard for court orders'. He must also pay a victim surcharge fee of £122.
GARY VICTOR MCKIRDY, 60, of Ticknell Piece Road, Charlbury, was convicted of assault by beating an emergency worker in Oxford on May 5. He was given a prison sentence of 16 weeks suspended for 18 months because the 'offence is so serious'. He must also carry out 250 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge fee of £122 and court costs of £300.
DANIEL JAMES DUNICAN, 28, of Valentia Close, Bletchingdon, admitted assault by beating a woman on July 27, 2019 in Oxford. He was also convicted of assault by beating the same person the next day in Didcot. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with a responsible officer for 20 days. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the woman directly or indirectly or go to any address she may be living at until at least March 2022. He must also pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge fee of £90 and court costs of £200.
SOFIENE MENHNAN, 42, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bike costing 750 euro from Banbury Road in Oxford on May 28, 2019. She was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months because the 'offence was so serious and previous convictions of the offence in this area'. She must also have treatment for her drug dependency under the direction of probation for 12 months. She must also pay compensation of £100.
SLADE MICHAEL WINNIFRITH-HINZ, 28, of Bankside, Banbury, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required by a constable in uniform on November 8 as well as driving without due care and attention on Overthorpe Road on the same day. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
PAWEL GOLEBIOWSKI, 37, of Welland Croft, Bicester, admitted driving at 101mph in a 70mph zone on the A41 in Aston Clinton on September 23. He was fined £438, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £43 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
ASHLEY RADBOURNE, 24, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford, admitted driving at 62mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 in Nuneham Courtenay on August 19, 2019. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 28 days.
