OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT
KEVIN SHERBOURNE, 64, of Longore, Stonesfield, admitted driving at 57mph in a 50mph zone on the A4142 Eastern Bypass on August 10, 2019. He was fined £148, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
ADAM CHARLES SMITH, 38, of Wards Road, Chipping Norton, admitted driving at 59mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road on August 16, 2019. He was fined £200 and must also pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
OLIVER CHARLES YEATMAN, 25, of Eynsham Road, Botley, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Witney Road on October 2. He was fined £133, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
ALAN CLARKE, 56, of Clare Place, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver allegedly guilty of an offence between September 10 and October 8 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

DANIEL MELVILLE GALBRAITH, 50, of Danes Road, Bicester, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle than otherwise in accordance with a licence in Bicester on January 5 as well as driving on Hudson Street, a public road, without third party insurance and a valid test certificate. He was fined £220 in total and must pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for six months due to ‘repeat offending’.
JEANETTE MARY JUST, 32, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver allegedly guilty of a driving offence when required to do so between July 19 and August 16 in Banbury. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for six months.
JAKUB KOWALCZYK, 38, of Danes Road, Bicester, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 20 on Bicester Road. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
ASPIRE SCAFFOLDING SERVICES, of Spring Field Way, Abingdon, admitted failing to give information about the driver allegedly guilty of a driving offence when required to do so between September 3 and October 1 in Banbury. It was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £50 and court costs of £85.
SARA DALLYN, 40, of Churchward Close, Grove, admitted driving a vehicle on the A338 in Hanney without due care and attention on September 5. She was fined £307, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

IBTEHAJ HAQUE, 22, of Timothy Way, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle on the A34 at Abingdon without due care and attention. He was fined £107, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
MACAULAY WICKER, 21, of Spring Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to stop after a road accident on William Lucy Way in Oxford after causing damage to four parked cars and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £50 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with eight penalty points.
ANDREW LLEWELYN WALTERS, 40, of Oregano Court, Didcot, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road on July 15. He was fined £68 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
JOSEPH JAMES SANTOS, 32, of Hudson Street, Bicester, admitted burglary at Lloyds Chemist, The Old Barn, Bicester, on March 12. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay compensation of £175.
ALAN PHILLIP VALENTINE, 34, of Potteries Lane, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on November 22. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £250.
MATTHEW CLARIDGE, 32, of Newland, Witney, admitted stealing a bank card from a man in Witney on December 19 and fraud by using a stolen card 13 times between December 19 and January 3 in Witney, making a gain of £3,700. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MALCOLM WOODLEY, 68, of Dunsden Close, Didcot, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Didcot on May 29 last year. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £500.
PAUL DAVID TOVELL, 50, of Long Close, Botley, was convicted of speeding by driving 61mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on July 21. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
NORMAN IAN WILLS, 66, of Mickle Way, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on September 3 on the A34 northbound in Oxfordshire. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
RYAN ANDREW BETTS, 32, Whimbrel Way, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Bloxham on February 29. Had 56mcg in his breath, exceeding the alcohol limit. He was fined £183 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
MARK PAUL QUINN, 45, of Southmoor Way, Abingdon, admitted stealing meat to the value of £50 in Abingdon on February 15 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £40 and must pay compensation of £30.06, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50.
JASON TAMPIN, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order by drinking alcohol in public and causing two members of the public alarm and distress on March 14 in Didcot. Six-month conditional discharge and £21 victim surcharge ordered.
