A MAN accused of burgling a home in Oxford has been given a date for his trial.
Another man, who has already admitted burglary, will be sentenced at a later date.
Mohammed Najadi, 32, of Alice Smith Square, Littlemore, Oxford, appeared at court together with Elvis Springer, 57, of Banbury Road, Oxford yesterday.
At that hearing Najadi denied the single count of burglary that is alleged against him.

Prosecutors say that he entered an address as a trespasser in the Littlemore area of Oxford on May 26 this year.
It is claimed that therein he stole cash to the value of £300 as well as two mobile phones to a value unknown.
Springer, meanwhile, had already admitted at an earlier hearing one count of burglary.
That offence took place on the same date and at the same location and involved the theft of money and the mobile phones.
After the not guilty plea was entered presiding Judge Ian Pringle QC agreed a date for Najadi's trial
He said that Springer would be sentenced for burglary once the trial for Najadi was over.
That trial was pencilled in to take place at the same court on November 18.
A time estimate for the case was also set and the trial is expected to last one day.
