MATTHEW TRINDER, 48, of Marston Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on February 19. He was fined £400 and must pay court costs of £60.

LUKASZ DUBARSKI, 37, of Nicholson Road, Oxford, was convicted of three counts of using a passenger vehicle with tyres of insufficient tread on December 21 in Oxford. He was fined £137 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LONSDALE O’BRIEN GAYLE, 51, of The Park, Harwell, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on September 25 in Rowstock. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court cost of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

TERENCE KNOTT, 73, of Hound Close, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 8 and November 5 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MATEUSZ KOLODZIEJCZAK, 28, of The Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on September 30 in Didcot. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RAMON LAWSON, 40, of Oakley Wood, Benson, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 27 and October 25 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RICHARD TWO, 68, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, was convicted of causing the use of a vehicle without third party insurance on December 18 in Oxford on the Southern bypass Road. He was fined £520 and must pay a victim surcharge of £52 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUCY VICTORIA TRAFFORD, 31, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on December 16 in Kidlington. She was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JONATHAN DOUGLAS WHILD, 28, of Maberley Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 53mph in a 30mph zone on Drayton Road, Abingdon, on November 26. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LIAM EADLE, 19, of College Way, Horspath, admitted two counts of driving above the legal drug limit for Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol and Benzoylecgonine on September 26 on Ock Mill Close, Abingdon. Also admitted driving without third party insurance as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis and failing to stop for a police constable while driving on December 22 in Oxford. He was fined £325 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MATTHEW JOHN GILL, 32, of Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted stealing £44.25 worth of meat from Waitrose in Abingdon on February 25. He was fined £100 and was ordered to pay compensation of £44.25. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

GRZEGORZ STRZELECKI, 54, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted to drink driving on February 26 on Cowley Road. He had 114mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £807, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months this will be reduced by 26 weeks if he take a driving course.

CHARLOTTE WOOLLEY, 32, of Church Lane, Horton-Cum-Studley, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on January 10 on London Road in Headington. She had 63mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 15 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KELVIN ANDREW GREEN, 44, of Manor Close, Drayton, admitted harassment and breach of a restraining order on conviction on March 10 at Castle Street, Steventon. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ROGER JAMES CROOKS, 46, of Atkyns Road, Wood Farm, admitted stealing £55 worth of meat from Sainsbury's in Oxford on February 23 and being in possession of methylenedioxymethylampheta, a Class A drug, otherwise known as MDMA, or ecstasy at Abingdon Police Station on the same day. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

KERA JANE GIBSON, 28, of Woodpecker Green, Oxford, admitted stealing £138 worth of cosmetics from Boots on Cornmarket Street on December 9 as well as £196 worth of cosmetics from the same shop on Cornmarket Street on the same day. She was ordered to pay back £338 in compensation.

KAYLEIGH JAMES, 19, of Bear Lane, Stadhampton, admitted failing to pay an Excess Charge Notice to South Oxfordshire District Council for parking outside Cattlemarket Car Park on July 12, 2019. She was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £30 and court costs of £50.

JOSE GREGORIO RODRIGUES, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on March 7, 2019 by attending a house in Abingdon on January 28 that he was prohibited from doing, he also admitted breaching the restraining order again between January 28 and January 30 by messaging a woman without a reasonable excuse. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs.

LEIGHTON JAMES, 35, of Stocks Walk, Carterton, admitted driving while disqualified on January 31 on Bluebell Way, Carterton. He was sent to prison for 12 weeks, because of 'blatant breach of court order and previous convictions for the same offences'. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £110 and £85 in court costs.
