KEVIN MOONEY, 42, of The Paddock, Deddington, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £3.90 on October 30 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £3.90 and court costs of £160.

DAN PHIPPS, 36, of Chaffinch Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £7 on November 7 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £7 and court costs of £160.

KARIM SHEHAB, 27, of Union Street, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £10 on October 14 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £10 and court costs of £160.

JONATHAN SIMPSON, 42, of Diamond Drive, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £6.80 on October 4 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £6.80 and court costs of £160.

BEN WEBBER, 39, of Valencia Close, Bletchingdon, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £4.90 on October 24 in Oxford. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44, compensation of £4.90 and court costs of £160.

SHERYAR KHAN, 20, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £41.30 on November 28 between Banbury and Kings Sutton. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £41.30 and court costs of £400.

KUSHAL NAYEE, 22, of Grey Lane, Witney, admitted travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £66.70 on October 28 between Oxford and Nottingham. They were fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £66.70 and court costs of £161.

DERRIAN NYONGESA, 22, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted travelling on a railway without having paid a fare of £20 on September 18 between Leamington Spa and Oxford. They were fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £20 and court costs of £161.

DALE FRANCIS GOUGH, 27, of Gainfield, Buckland, Faringdon, admitted three counts of fraud by false representation by using a bank card to purchase goods to the value of £5 on April 17 at BP Buckland, £30 at Co Op, Swindon on April 17 and £21 at Co Op, Swindon on April 17. He was fined £20 and must pay compensation totalling of £56 and a victim surcharge of £30.

MICHELLE ANN TERRY, 43, of Kennet Close, Grove, admitted burglary at the Volunteer Inn, Grove, between November 20 and 21, and stealing a bottle of wine valued at £20. She was fined £48 and must pay compensation of £20 and a victim surcharge of £32.

BRIDGET MC DONAGH, 38, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on October 12 in Oxford. Had 109mlg of alcohol in 100ml of urine. She was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SIOBHAN COLLINS, 55, of Malthouse Lane, Wallingford, admitted failing to tell South Oxfordshire District Council that her rent had been reduced from £750 a month to £400 a month between August 22, 2016, and February 27, 2017, and later that the ownership of a property that had originally been rented from her parents had been transferred to her between February 27, 2017, and March 5, 2018, and that the circumstances of both would affect her entitlement to housing benefit. She was made subject to a community order and as part of that must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and pay court costs of £85.

IAN MARK LINDSAY, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on July 18, 2018, by failing to attend supervision requirements on March 26, 2019, and April 3, 2019, and failing to keep in touch with the responsible officer. He was sentenced for the original offences of stealing two boxes of wine costing £35 to £98 from Mid Counties Co-operative on July 13, 2018, in Summertown, stealing 20 Lynx deodorants costing £46 from the same shop on July 18, 2018, as well as stealing deodorants and coffee costing £23.63 from the same shop on July 18, 2018. He was sentenced to a total of six weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, because the offence is so serious, and he was refusing to ‘comply with court order’. He must also pay court costs of £60.

DANIEL TAYLOR, 23, of West Bar Street, Banbury, admitted breaching a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 17, 2019, by failing to attend probation appointments on October 15, December 11, January 10 and February 7, and failing to give any reasonable excuse. He was dealt with for the original offence of destroying clothing belonging to a woman on August 19 at Merton Street, Banbury, and assault by beating a woman on September 17 at the same address in Banbury. His suspended sentence of 12 weeks in prison was activated for 10 weeks.

DWAIN THOMAS TYRRELL, 19, of Verbena Way, Oxford, admitted breaching a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 19 for harassment and breach of a restraining order by failing to attend appointments on January 22 and January 30 and not giving any reasonable excuse to why. The suspended sentence was activated and he was sent to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. He must have treatment for his drug dependency problem for six months.

TYLER JOHN WAY, 19, of Pearce Way, Thame, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 6 by failing to attend unpaid work on February 2 and February 9. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay court costs of £60.

ZAKIR HUSSAIN, 40, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 16, 2019 by failing to inform his responsible officer of a change to his telephone number. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

JAYSON LYON, 34, of Duke of York Avenue, Abingdon, admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 2, 2019 by failing to attend planned office visits on December 12 and February 8 and giving no reasonable excuse. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
