CLIMATE campaigners attended a weekend demonstration in support of 'bus gates'.
Activists from Extinction Rebellion Oxford and Green New Deal UK Oxford hope to highlight the importance of the CCTV cameras that let buses and bikes through, and fine cars and motorbikes.

They argue that the introduction of bus gates in Oxford city centre will improve air quality, safety and travel for residents.
On Saturday afternoon campaigners marched to several locations in the city where they want Oxfordshire County Council to bring in bus gates as a matter of urgency, using some of the £3m it will receive from central government as part of the Covid-19 recovery.
These locations included Worcester Street and Thames Street.
