A TEENAGER was threatened by a group of thugs in broad daylight.
On Tuesday, at around 4.40pm, a boy was walking through Sandford Green in Banbury when he was approached by a group of three teenagers who started shouting at him, telling him they would hurt him.
One of the yobs was carrying a knife and also tried to attack him.
But the group left the park instead, going in the direction of Trinity Park.

One of the thugs is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall and slim. He was wearing a black coat, baseball cap and carrying a small shoulder bag.
The other two boys are described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall and between 16-years-old and 18-years-old.
At the time they were both wearing grey tracksuits.
Now, police are looking for any witnesses who heard or saw something vital.
PC Katie Martin, based at Banbury police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses in relation to this incident, which occurred at a time where I believe someone could have seen or heard something.
“If anyone was in the area at this time, or believes they recognise the description provided of the offenders, please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.”
