Carmaker BMW's UK finance director, who was jailed for perjury and speeding, will keep a job with the German company.
Thomas Moser, 48, was caught by a speed camera driving at 101mph on Oxford's Eastern Bypass in May.
He was jailed at Banbury Magistrates' Court this month after admitting perjury and speeding.
BMW spokesman Rebecca Baxter said disciplinary action has been taken but Moser would remain an employee of the company.
Moser is due to become the new head of purchasing, finance and personnel at Husqvarna Motorcycles in northern Italy after a takeover by BMW.
