A BMW finance director jailed for perjury and speeding will keep his job.
Thomas Moser, 48, who was working at BMW's Mini factory at Cowley, was caught by a speed camera at 101mph on the Oxford Eastern Bypass in May.
He was jailed at Banbury Magistrates Court this month after admitting perjury and speeding.
The court heard Moser lied to police by claiming his teenage son was at the wheel.
BMW spokesman Rebecca Baxter said disciplinary action has been taken but Moser would remain an employee of the company.
She added: "We are not prepared to discuss confidential information."
Moser is due to become the new head of purchasing, finance and personnel at Husqvarna Motorcycles in northern Italy after a takeover by BMW.
