OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

KYLE WILLIAM WILLOUGHBY, 33, of School View, Banbury, was convicted of remaining on a premises in contravention of a closure order on Butchers Row, Banbury, on September 10 and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £100.

SARAH DUGDALE, 45, of Falcon Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on June 27 in East Hanney. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and her driving licence was endorsed with thee penalty points.

ARDAVAN SARABI, 25, of Sherwood Avenue, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 51mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on June 27. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and he was disqualified from driving for seven days.

MICHAEL JOSEPH HELLYAR, 49, of Brantwood Drive, Banbury, admitted drink driving on February 16 in Banbury, He had 40mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

IONEL MURESAN, 27, of Rede Close, Oxford, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on February 16 in Shotover Park. Had 78mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for four months.

DARREN GAVIN NEW, 47, of St Thomas Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 14 in Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40.

NATHANIEL GEORGE SABIN, 22, of The Green, Shutford, admitted drink driving on February 16 in Banbury. Had 84mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court cost of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

ADAM WARREN, 26, of Woodhill Drive, Grove, admitted drink driving on February 16 in Wantage. Had 44mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jonathan Spencer INCE, 52, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on March 1 in High Street, Abingdon. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and compensation totalling £75.

STEFAN NDREU, 51, of HMP Bullingdon, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Abingdon on December 26. He was made subject to a community order to include 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court cost of £100.

TIMOTHY WILLIAMS, 33, of High Street, Wallingford, admitted having a knife in public at Didcot Parkway on March 23 last year. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

HARRY ALEXANDER CLANFIELD, 23, of Merlin Way, Bicester, admitted driving over the specified drug limit for Benzoylecgonine on September 12 in Bicester. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Lew Ben ODIGIE, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on October 21 in Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

Tracy JARVIS-FOSTER, 53, of Ardley Road, Fewcott, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 83mph in a 60mph zone on February 7 on the M6 southbound near Birmingham. She was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £95 and her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Resna KHATUN, 33, of Moorbank, Blackbird Leys, admitted two counts of selling a knife to a person aged under 18 on July 25 in Oxford. He was fined £390 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £450.

Joseph WILLIAM JOYCE, 28, of Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a multi-pack of toilet tissues from B&M Wallingford Road, Didcot, valued at £24.95 on October 20. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £45.

ADRIAN DAVID SMITH, 32, of Goodrington Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on January 25 in Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for six month and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £45.

SIMON PETER SMITH, 54, of Banbury Road, Kidlington, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 19 in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include programme participation for 20 days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

JAMES THOMAS CRAIN, 65, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, admitted assaulting a police officer on February 4 at Banbury Police Station. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £40 and court cost of £50.

HAMISH DONALD JAMES MCKIRDY, 23, of Bedford Street, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a wing mirror of a car valued at £82.42 in Oxford on February 18. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

AMY REBECCA POVEY, 26, of Kenley Avenue, Carterton, admitted drink driving on December 19 in Carterton. Had 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Ryan KANE, 34, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at the John Radcliffe Hospital on January 16 and stealing meat valued at £131.95 from the Co Op, Bicester, on January 15. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement and 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay £131.95 compensation, £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs and was disqualified from driving for four years.
