PAUL SIMON CHILTON, 37, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating a man on April 20 on Woodstock Road, assault by beating a man on April 20, assault by beating a man on June 15 in Oxford, using insulting and abusive behaviour to cause fear on June 15 in Oxford, using threatening and abusive behaviour on September 13 on Speedwell Street, using racially aggravated words to cause alarm on June 22, and using threatening and abusive words on June 22 in Oxford. He was sentenced to a community order and must have treatment for his drug dependency as a non-resident for nine months. He must also pay compensation of £250.
J S TAYLOR Developments, of Windrush Industrial Park, was convicted of failing to give information of the identity of a driver between October 31 and November 28. It was fined £750, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 as well as court costs of £85.
JOSEPH JOHN SULLIVAN, 32, of London Road, Bicester, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 18 in Bicester. He was fined £265, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
JORDAN CHRISTOPHER FARRAR, 29, of Westfield View, Witney, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Penn Road in Hazlemere on August 2. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 days.
SEAN MARTIN KELLEY, 29, of Northcourt Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without third party insurance on Northcourt Road, Abingdon, on August 17. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
SUFI ALIYYAH-SHAH, 54, of St Aldate’s, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating of an emergency worker at Oxford Railway Station on Park End Street on May 30 as well as using threatening and abusive behaviour on the same day. He was made subject of a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £770.
KATIE OSBORNE, 42, of Warwick Close, Carterton, admitted drink driving on Warwick Close in Carterton on June 29, 2019. She had 143mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended by 12 months because ‘the offence so serious and is a danger to the public and carrying passengers’. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £105. She was also banned from driving for 36 months.
MELISSA BROWN, 28, of Crisp Road, Henley-on-Thames, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver suspected of an offence when required to between August 27 and September 24. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
GARY HITCHENS, 59, of Kennels Lane, Chipping Norton, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the A44 Worcester Road in Chipping Norton on September 17. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
JOSEPH KALUZA, 21, of Hayward Drive, Carterton, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on September 15 in Abingdon. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
DONNA LOUISE PEACE, 52, of Asquith Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Oxford Road in Enstone on September 4. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
JOAO CASTRO SARMENTO DA COSTA, 28, of Malford Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 36mph in A 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford on September 29. He was fined £83, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
SALLY MARGARET SKIPP, 50, of Park Road, Witney, was convicted of failing to give the identification of a driver when required to do between September 26 and October 24 in Oxford. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
ANDREW WILLIAM STROUD, 51, of High Street, Burford, was convicted of failing to give the information of a driver when required to do between September 12 and October 10 in Oxfordshire. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
FAHMI SAFA, 26, of Leon Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without third party insurance on November 30 in Oxford. He was fined £880 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months because of repeat offending.
AMY LOUISE BRANDRAM, 31,of Kirtlington Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving on the A41 on February 14. She had 78mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £45. She was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.
JACK DANIEL BROWN, 23, of Coriander Way, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on September 4 in Oxford. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £45. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.
THOMAS JOHN HALLAM CHATER, 41, of Farmington Drive, Witney, admitted being in possession of a lock knife at The Como Lounge on Market Square in Witney on April 29, 2019. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency at Turning Point for six months and must take part in a rehabilitation activity for 25 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
ESME MAY OLIVER, 21, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted drink driving on January 23 in Witney. She had 96mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. She was must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.
