THIS WEEKEND firefighters have rescued people stuck in a ditch, washed out a massive blaze in a shed, been first on the scene to a car crash, and stopped an electricity pylon from exploding.
In the last 48 hours, the Thame crew have been 'kept busy' with dramatic 999 emergency calls.
Taking to Twitter to share the action-packed turn of events, the team said: "Busy day yesterday for our crews.
"Attending a car vs motorcycle, luckily only moderate injuries following on to an electricity pylon on fire in a field and then a fully developed shed fire.
"Crews are currently out carrying out a rescue of people trapped in a trench."
