A CYCLIST was hospitalised after a crash with a black car in Banbury.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the scene of the incident that happened at around 7.15pm on Tuesday in Middleton Road, close to the junction with West Street.
The cyclist, a man in his twenties, sustained injuries to his arm, wrist and hip and received hospital treatment where he currently remains.

Thames Valley Police is now appealing fow witnesses to the collision.
Investigating officer PC Dean O’Dell said: "We would like to speak to anyone who may have seen this incident.
"The cyclist was injured and was just left at the scene.
"If you think you may know who the driver of the black vehicle is or you have information about this incident, please get in touch.
"We would also like to speak to anyone who has CCTV or dash-cam footage in the area at the time."
