AN 11-year-old art curator is helping children overcome the fear of leaving their homes during lockdown.
Marston resident Charlotte Trichard drew cartoon portraits of children in the parish and displayed them in her front windows to give them an exciting reason to go for their daily exercise walk.
Charlotte, who is the art scholar at Headington School and a huge fan of Japanese animated Studio Ghibli films, called the exhibition ‘Faces of Marston’.

She said: “We have so many little children living in Marston and I wanted to do something to help them.
“At the moment, I cannot help to find a cure or vaccine, but I can definitely try to draw portraits as beautifully as I can.
“Drawing them has helped me too – I feel like I am doing something to help.”
