EASYJET has revealed that the personal information of nine million customers was accessed in a 'highly sophisticated' cyber-attack.
The budget airline, which has currently grounded all of its flights in response to the pandemic, said it has now blocked the unauthorised access.

It is believed that the email addresses and travel details of customers were accessed alongside the credit card information of more than 2,000 people, who have already been contacted.
A statement from EasyJet said that there is no evidence that any personal information of any nature has been misused.
