A further 244 people, who tested positive for the coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 23,952.
Patients were aged between 49 and 99 years old, with four of the 244 patients (aged between 51 and 78 years old) having no known underlying health condition.
No new deaths were recorded for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the NHS England figures, measured as of 5pm on Tuesday.

The trust, which runs the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury's Horton General Hospital, has reported 164 deaths.
Another death was reported for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the county's community hospitals, taking the total fatalities there to 22.
As the trust also runs services in other counties, it is not possible to know how many of these deaths were in Oxfordshire.
