TO mark International Nurses Day today, volunteers from the Islamic Sufism community donated PPE to key workers in Bicester.
MTO Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® London Centre has been donating the gear as well as care packages to hospitals and care homes in London but has now branched out to Oxfordshire.
Its volunteers delivered PPE including visors, face masks, scrubs and care packages with fresh fruit and other essentials to Bicester Community Hospital.

It also brought the goods to Wyndham Hall Care Home, Bicester Health Centre and finally Royal Brompton in London.
Globally, multiple programs have been initiated at a large scale by all MTO Centres and affiliated organisations to respond to the current ongoing crisis.
As well as PPE, the centre offers free online meditation and relaxation courses to help people around the globe cope with the current climate.
Volunteers are made up of NHS staff, teachers, consultants, business directors, city staff, and students with ages ranging from 18-40.
