The trust, which runs the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury's Horton General Hospital, has now recorded 150 deaths of patients who tested positive for Covid-19.
There have also been 21 patient coronavirus deaths at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the county's community hospitals.
As the trust also manages services outside Oxfordshire it is not possible to confirm how many deaths were in the county.
