A MAN in his sixties was knocked unconscious by a dog walker, whilst running in University Parks.
At about 11am on Monday, the victim was running in the Oxford park, when he was assaulted by a man walking his dog.
Two dog walkers shouted something to the victim as he ran past them, and when the victim turned to respond, one of them punched him in the face, knocking him unconscious.
The victim sustained minor injuries to his face, shoulder, wrist, elbow and knee but did not seek medical assistance or require any hospital treatment.

The offender is described as male, but the victim was not able to provide any more details.
Investigating officer PC Lucy Pinker said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone who may have information that would help our investigation.
