A low carbon launch party is being held in West Oxford tomorrow.
Residents are being invited to attend the event, which will be looking at ways individuals, and communities, can act to stop climate change. The event will be taking place in the West Oxford Community Centre, in Botley Road, between 4pm and 6pm.
There will also be a special talk given by Wolvercote writer, Mark Lynas, the author of books High Tide and Six Degrees: Our Future on a Hotter Planet, at 5pm. Refreshments are being laid on for those who attend. For more information, go to www.climatex.org.
