Firefighters from across Oxfordshire - with the help of Pudsey Bear - raised more than £21,000 for this year's Children in Need appeal.
Retained crews and their families from Bicester, Woodstock, Goring and Bampton were out since early Friday morning collecting money from the public at the roadside.
Later, they visited pubs to rattle tins in locals' faces. Their charity drive was interrupted with several emergency calls - including an accident on the A34, a chimney fire and a cooker fire.
