DARYL ANTHONY HOPKINS, 32, of Badgers Walk, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on November 24 and December 8. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

Stephen ROY BEST, 56, of Apley Way, Witney, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on July 22 in South Leigh. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LYNDA SARAH BLAY, 49, of Hill View, Carterton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 28 in Brize Norton. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABDALLAH DHOUIBI, 32, of Medhurst Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 20mph area on High Street, Oxford, on November 3. He was fined £168 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty point.

JAMIE RICHARD GILSENAN, 36, of Weald Street, Bampton, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on December 5 in Bampton. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KIMBERLEY GEORGINA GREEN, 34, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on August 31 in Oxford. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CLIFFORD RALPH MILLS, 45, of Hunters Field, Faringdon, was convicted of driving without a licence on September 30 in Wantage. He was fined £114 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TYLER NEWMAN, 22, of Townsend, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 15 in Mollington. He was fined £257 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JON PATRICK O’SULLIVAN, 46, of Gibbs Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 27 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SEBASTIAN CHARLES OSBORNE, 28, of Willow Walk, Wantage, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 20 in Ducklington. He was fined £520 and must pay a victim surcharge of £52 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KIERAN PAYNE, 20, of Mead Walk, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 29 in Didcot. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANNA PELKA, 34, of Chichester Walk, Banbury, was convicted of driving at 47mph in a 30mph zone on Banbury Road in Adderbury on July 28, 2019. She was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

WILLIAM RESTORWICK, 22, of Morrell Close, Kidlington, was convicted of driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence, driving without third party insurance and driving without a valid test certificate on December 5 on Oxford Road. He was fined £1,100 in total and must pay court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ABEL MOCA CORREIRA SOARES, 33, of High Cross Way, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance and driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence on Oxford Road on December 8. He was fined £368 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTIAN EDWARD WOOLARD, 47, of White House Farm, Wallingford, admitted driving at 44mph in a 30mph zone on Reading Road, Cholsey on August 2, 2019.; He was fined £384, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £57 and court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with four penalty points.

MAREK SISKA, The Paddocks, Yarnton, admitted drink-driving on January 21 on Rutten Lane. He had 73mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £392, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for 20 months.

KUZIVAKWASHE KEVIN CHAVANDUKA, 20, of Thistledown Close, admitted drink-driving on Cumberland Road on January 22. He had 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fine d£120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also banned from driving for 14 months.

ADAM PAUL MORRISON, 31, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating two people on November 18 on Broad Street. He was made subject to a community order and must take part in appointments for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90.

RAYMOND GOODWIN, 67, of St Johns Way admitted stalking without fear or alarm between November 22 and December 2 in Milton. He approached the person and asked him to meet in the village, before approaching him again on Milton Road and saying that his bail conditions had been lifted. He was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months because of the persistent nature and vulnerability of the victim. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must not contact directly or indirectly the person or go 100 meters of a school in Banbury. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and pay £85 in court costs.

JAMIE TOWNSEND, 33, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place on June 2 in Broad Street in Banbury as well as assault buy beating of a police officer. Her also admitted damaging £443.87 worth of a Ford Kia. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency under the direction of a probation officer for six months. He must also pay a victim surcharge fee of £85 and £150 in court costs.
